敦鸡补汤 (Traditional Chicken Soup)


调理 : 补中益气,明目补血,妇女产后,经期后补身,或体弱,病后健康均有显著效果。
Ingredients
  • ½ Free range chicken
  • 3 long pieces Polygonatum (玉竹)
  • 6 pieces bei qi (北萁), cut into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp redmedler berry (杞子)
  • 5 bowl of boiling water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 5 slice Angelica root(当归)
  • 6 slice Yam(准山)
  • 3 long stick Pilose asiabell root (党叁)
  • 5 slice of ginger

Method

  1. Wash the ingredients, Add in 5 bowls of boiling water in crock pot, add in the ingredients and chicken.
  2. Cover the cover and put in a steamer.
  3. Add in water and boil. Simmer for 2-3 hours.
  4. Add salt and serve hot.
